Terms of service
• By commissioning me, you are automatically confirming your knowledge and compliance with my terms of service.• I reserve the right to decline any commission request.• All payments and transactions are final and non refundable after delivery of product. Cancellations are accepted with no penalty before work has started. If a refund is requested after work has begun, a cancellation fee will be applied depending on the hours worked.• Commissions below 100 USD must be paid upfront. Commissions above 100 USD can be put on payment plans as discussed.• My workflow is usually 3-7 months for large projects. Commissioned pieces may take up to 12 months to complete, however I do my best to work within deadlines when provided. Hard deadlines must be discussed at the time of the request. I am a chronically ill full time student with a full time job- so please be patient with me.• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I am unable or unwilling to complete it. A refund will be provided in these instances.• Do not claim my work as your own, or distribute assets without permission. Additionally, do not alter, change, or modify any element of my work.• I retain the right to use your commissioned work as a part of my portfolio and advertisement for my commissions.• Commissions include commercial use for online promotional purposes, however tangible merchandise and printing must be discussed prior to production.
